Is this therapy?

No. It's not a substitute for therapy and it's not pretending to be. If you have a therapist, you can bring the map we create to your next session. If you need one and don't have one, get one. This is different.

My situation is too messy. Too specific. Too weird.

Good. Generic situations get generic answers everywhere already. Messy and specific is where I work. The weirder you let yourself be in the assessment, the better the read.

What if I don't like what you say?

Very possible. I'm not in the business of telling you what you want to hear. I'm in the business of telling you what you NEED to hear.
